RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product does not match order confirmation
- Manufacturing defect or quality issue
- Product received in damaged condition
If the product does not fit your expected decor preference, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs .

- Shipped orders cannot be cancelled
- Non-acceptance of orders will be treated as return
HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Due to the handmade nature of some products, slight variations in color, size, or texture may occur. These are not
considered defects.
ADVANCE PAYMENT
RETURN PROCESS
1. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
2. Share product images (damaged/defective) via email for verification.
3. Return approval will be provided within 2–3 working days.
4. Reverse pickup will be arranged after approval.
5. After product inspection, refunds will be initiated.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Product must be unused
- Must include original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be processed after receiving the returned product and verification
- Processing time: 5 to 10 working days
